Over the past week I’ve killed about 2 on Gunner and 2 on Lennox. Over the past month, maybe a total of 10 or so. Gunner has an allergic reaction to bites and it manifests in hives and coat discoloration. I decided to take him to the vet tomorrow and get some meds for it. In the meantime…..Anyone heard of using Gold Bonds Powder for discoloration relief?

Read on the AB forums that this works pretty well.

Went to Kalihi Pet today and they rock.

Stool sample came up flawless. Dr. Lau thinks 10 cortisone tabs should alleviate the problem in a couple of days. VCA put Gunner on anti-biotics the last time this happened and it caused diarrhea for days. We’ll see how this works out.

I’ve heard a lot of good things about Kalihi Pet Clinic. 

Going in tomorrow. Gunner had some bright blood in his stool. I think it’s IBS or an allergic reaction…..we’ll find out.
